- Response Time: We respond within 24 hours. Weekend inquiries will be addressed on Monday.

- Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping methods are selected at checkout. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email on file (when applicable).
Canceling Your Order
- Shipping Notice: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Limitations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

Return Policy
Unopened Merchandise
- Eligibility: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’re happy to make it easy!
Need a label? Just email us at support@honeystonebeauty.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid label or a USPS QR code. The shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after your return has been received and reviewed.
- Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
